Cancelation Policy

We require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled meeting time, the full payment for the session will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations. Please plan accordingly to avoid any charges.
Bookings can be made 30min before a lesson is needed.
Bookings can be made a month in advance.
If for any reason our tutors is not possible to conduct a lesson, let say because of a personal emergency, such a lesson will be rebooked by tutor and you as a client will be contact in advance.
